Building a ticketing system in the UK means you need to be accredited by RSP, needless to say this is costly, making planning a key area of the project. We had to provide thorough documentation including use cases, entity relation ship diagrams, state transitions and system architecture diagrams.

Development

This system had to integrate with the National Reservation Service, Protx, YourRail's mobile fulfilment platform and other third party systems.
